PROJECT OVERVIEW
While working for SEH Inc. Andrew Dane led preparation of a conceptual Master Plan for the City of Neenahy. He served as project manager and lead planner for the preparation of a 30-acre master plan for Arrowhead Park, located on Little Lake Butte Des Morts adjacent downtown Neenah, WI. The study identified a network of new pedestrian and multi-use trails; waterfront improvements; boating and fishing access points; and wildlife viewing areas. A centrally located civic building is proposed at the terminus of a new access road into the park. The study was unique in that it also identified several redevelopment opportunities adjacent the park, with the goal of establishing a mixed use neighborhood along the perimeter of tbe park over time.
