SOUTH COMMERCIAL STREET CORRIDOR PLAN
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Neighborhood Planners partnered with RDG to prepare a corridor plan for the City of Neenah prior to initiating preliminary engineering design. This approach identified several infill and reuse opportunities to strengthen the neighborhood, including new smaller scale commercial and residential development.
