PROJECT OVERVIEW

While with SEH Inc., Andrew led public involvement activities and served as the lead land use planner on this project, collaborating with Place Dyamics. The updated Plan focused on key redevelopment opportunities for downtown Marshfield. Andrew also facilitated a large community visioning workshop as part of the City’s Comprehensive Planning update.

• Economic development strategies and an implementation plan

RESULTS

Following completion of the study, the City constructed an urban green street and public plaza downtown. Additional infill housing is also being pursued for the redevelopment areas identified in the plan.
