PROJECT OVERVIEW
Neighborhood Planners was a sub-consultant to RDG Planning + Design; and contributed to La Crosse’s Downtown Master Plan with a focus on neighborhood development. The study included an exhaustive analysis of existing conditions in the neighborhoods adjacent downtown La Crosse; with an emphasis on identifying opportunities to strengthen the district.
